AgentLens Terms of Service

AgentLens audits how AI shopping agents discover, answer questions about, and buy from your Shopify store, and drafts optimizations to your product listings and online-store pages. Drafts are suggestions generated with AI; nothing is published to your store until you review and approve it. Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses.

AgentLens offers a free plan and paid plans (Growth, Pro, and Enterprise) with different optimization limits. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice; AgentLens never handles your payment details. The Enterprise plan includes a monthly allotment of optimizations, after which additional optimizations are billed per unit up to the spending cap shown when you approve the plan.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's Plans page or by uninstalling the app. Charges already billed are governed by Shopify's billing policies. On Shopify development stores, charges are created in test mode and are never collected.

Your store content remains yours. You grant us permission to read it to run audits and to modify it only when you approve a specific draft. Because AI-generated text can contain mistakes or claims you did not intend, you are responsible for reviewing every draft before approving it and for everything published to your store. AgentLens keeps the previous version of each optimized listing and lets you revert an applied change from within the app.

You agree not to use AgentLens to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

AgentLens, including its software, audit methodology, and design, belongs to ARO PCRM. These terms do not transfer any of it to you beyond the right to use the app for your store.

We work to keep AgentLens available and accurate, but audits depend on your storefront, Shopify, and third-party AI services, and results are a snapshot at the time of the audit. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

AgentLens is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that optimizations will improve your visibility, traffic, or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARO PCRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to AgentLens is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using AgentLens at any time by uninstalling it, which ends billing and triggers deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
