Getting started with A.R.O

Your private relationship CRM. Here's how to set it up in a few minutes.

1

Create your account

Sign up with your email and a password. Your data is private to you — nobody else can see your contacts.

2

Connect your accounts

Go to Settings → Accounts & sync and connect Google, Microsoft 365, or Apple iCloud with one click. This is how A.R.O pulls in your contacts and calendar.

Apple uses an app‑specific password (Apple has no one‑click login for contacts); the connect screen walks you through it.

3

Import your contacts

From a connected account, run Sync contacts — it pulls everyone in, including extra emails/phones and Google's “Other contacts.” You can also import a CSV, or your LinkedIn connections export, under Settings → Your data.

4

Clean up duplicates

Contacts from multiple sources? Open Contacts → Find duplicates to review and merge them — emails, phones, notes, and history all combine into one record.

5

Choose who to keep up with

Use the Track button (single or bulk) to mark the people you actively want to stay in touch with. Only tracked contacts appear in Autopilot and Needs Attention.

Set a keep‑in‑touch cadence (e.g. every 30 days) per contact or per group, and A.R.O will remind you before they go cold.

6

Sync your calendar & reminders

Two‑way calendar sync keeps your events aligned across all your calendars. Reminders can be pushed automatically to Apple Reminders and Google Tasks — no extra apps needed.

7

Organize with groups & companies

Create Groups (Friends, Investors, …) with their own description, reminders, cadence, and one‑click group email. Every company is automatically its own group too.

8

Use the assistant

Ask the Assistant to take actions in plain English — “set reminders for each of today's events,” “who have I lost touch with?” It works without an API key; for free-form requests, connect your own AI provider (Claude, OpenAI, or Grok) in Settings, or use the built‑in Claude Desktop connector.

9

See your network

The Network page maps how your people connect through shared companies and groups, and finds the warmest person to ask for an intro.
