This Cookie Policy explains how A.R.O (operated by ARO PCRM) uses cookies and similar storage on aro-pcrm.com. It complements our Privacy Policy.
The short version
A.R.O uses a couple of strictly necessary cookies that the Service can't work without — to keep you signed in and to secure the sign-in flow. We also offer optional analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how the app is used; it runs only if you accept in our cookie banner, and never for advertising. You can decline, and nothing analytics-related will load.

Local storage
To respect your choices, we store one small value in your browser's local storage — aro_cookie_consent — which records whether you accepted or declined analytics so the cookie notice doesn't reappear. It contains no personal data and never leaves your device.
Analytics (optional)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate, anonymized usage — which pages are popular and how the app performs — so we can improve it. We enable IP anonymization, and we never use it for advertising or to build a profile of you. Analytics scripts and cookies load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you decline, nothing analytics-related is loaded. To change your mind, clear the aro_cookie_consent value in your browser (or your site data) and the banner will reappear. Data collected is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because our sign-in cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will sign you out and prevent the Service from working. Analytics is opt-in — decline it in the banner, and you can withdraw consent anytime by clearing your site data.
