In A.R.O, open Settings → Import/Export and upload the Connections.csv. New people are added and matches to existing contacts are enriched (title, company, profile link) with no duplicates — and everyone gets a LinkedIn tag.

Not directly. Those platforms don't let third-party apps read your friends or followers as contacts — their APIs deliberately don't expose that information. Where a platform lets you download your own data archive you can import any contacts CSV into A.R.O, but in practice only LinkedIn's export contains usable contact details. So A.R.O connects to the sources that actually hold contact info: Google, Apple, Microsoft, and LinkedIn.
